KUNLUN L-CKD Heavy-duty Industrial Gear Oil is a high-quality extreme-pressure oil designed primarily for the lubrication of heavy-duty industrial gears. Its high load carrying capacity, oxidation stability, and corrosion prevention characteristics offer superior performance in gears.
Available in the following viscosity grades:
Executive standard: GB 5903-2011
Other standards: AIST 224, ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02(EP), ISO 12925-1
Suitable for industrial closed gear drives with tooth surface contact stress greater than 1100MPa (1100N/mm2). Commonly used in metallurgy, steel, cement, mining, coal, fertilizer, and other industries heavy load, impact, water parts of the gear system.
Features | Advantages and Potential Benefits |
---|---|
Excellent Viscosity-temperature property | Provides the most basic protection for the gear |
Excellent Extreme pressure wear resistance | Effectively prevents tooth surface abrasion, wear, and gluing to ensure smooth gear operation |
Excellent Oxidative stability and thermal stability | Ensures longer service life of oil products |
Excellent Anti-rust, anti-corrosion, and anti-emulsification | Effectively prevents corrosion of parts under water conditions and maintains efficient lubrication |
Excellent Foam resistance | Provides effective oil film protection, good lubrication, and heat dissipation |
